A 21-year-old female digital creator has suffered a horrifying experience while travelling in an Uber cab in Mumbai, which she shared in an online video. She said that she was slapped by the Uber driver over a mere 40-rupee toll dispute.

After the matter came to light, the police filed a case against the accused driver. The victim has been identified as Shivani. In her video, Shivani alleged that she had booked an Uber cab from Mahalaxmi to Nerul in Mumbai.

Initially, the fare for the ride was Rs 460. Later, upon reaching Nerul, the fare was increased to Rs 501. However, she paid the full amount to the driver, but he demanded an extra Rs 40, which he had said he paid for toll on the way.
