Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute and accused in the Khan Global Studies attack case, arrived at Kadamkuan police station with his lawyer on Wednesday to file an FIR against Faisal Khan, aka Khan Sir, accusing him of plotting the murder of his brother, Prince Yadav.

Anand was arrested for his alleged role in the attack but was released on bail on June 15. Soon after being released on bail, he had accused Khan Sir and RS Prasad, the owner of Kisan Cold Storage, of conspiring to murder his brother.

He even demanded a narco test of Khan Sir, accusing him of peddling lies.

Police denies to file FIR, case out of jurisdiction

The Kadamkuan police station refused to immediately register an FIR, saying the alleged incident occurred outside India, in Nepal.

This poses legal and technical hurdles to filing cases locally. Rajesh Ranjan, the Town DSP-1, also confirmed the jurisdictional issue.

According to police officials, the matter is currently being seriously reviewed. Further action will be decided only after consulting senior officers.
