Greater Noida Traffic Update: In a major update for the commuters, the Noida traffic police have announced restrictions in some routes in view of the Bauma CanExpo India event to be held from September 15 to 18 at the India Expo Mart. The surrounding regions are expected to witness heavy traffic congestion as around 10,000 people are expected to attend the event on a daily basis. The commuters have been advised to follow the guidelines and plan their travel accordingly to avoid any inconveniences.

Diversions Announced Near India Expo Mart

As per the fresh advisory, the authority stated that the route of vehicles travelling towards IFS Villa Roundabout will be changed. It further stated that from the Expo Mart roundabout, the commuters can go towards their destination via the Bada roundabout, Sharda roundabout, LG roundabout, and Jagatfarm. The college students of the Greater Noida region have also been advised to maximize the use of public transportation to avoid the rush.

The traffic police, while providing details, stated that those attending the event will be able to park their vehicles at the NASA (Big Roundabout) parking lot. The residents have been advised to not park their park vehicles other than the authorized site, adding that a heavy fine will be imposed in case of non-compliance with the order.

Guidelines Issued For Commuters 

The residents have been advised to follow the guidelines and plan their travel accordingly to avoid the rush. Apart from this, the daily commuters and employees have been advised to utilize the metro and bus services for the next three days. The event is scheduled to be conducted for three days and is expected to be attended by thousands of enthusiasts.

Apart from this, Delhi and its nearby cities are likely to witness cloudy skies throughout the day, with chances of light rain in the late hours. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 32 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature around 24 degrees Celsius.
