NEET UG Paper Leak: The NEET UG paper allegedly got leaked days before the examination, leading to serious questions on the functioning of the National Testing Agency (NTA), a body responsible for conducting the exam. While acknowledging that some portion of the paper got matched with the leaked material, the centre has handed over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). However, some reports suggest that students related to the accused cleared the exam in 2025, leading to suspicions.

Earlier in 2025, five members of the Biwal family successfully cleared the prestigious exam and managed to secure seats in the prestigious colleges. In a Facebook post, Dinesh Biwal informed that five students from his family got selected in the exam. "It is a matter of great pride for my family that five of our children have been selected for a government medical college (MBBS). Hearty wishes to all the children for a bright future," he stated.

The CBI has arrested Dinesh and Mangilal Biwal, two brothers from Jaipur, in connection with the NEET paper leak case. Along with them, the central agency also nabbed Vikas, their nephew, and has begun investigating if they had access to paper in 2025 too.

Vikas, Mangilal's son, cleared the NEET examination and secured admission to Sawai Madhopur Medical College in 2025. While he scored 63 per cent in Class 10, he was just able to score 55 per cent in Class 12. In NEET 2024, Vikas obtained only 270 out of 720 marks. Despite this, he achieved a score of 85.11 per cent in NEET 2025, a rare improvement within a year.

Apart from this, Mangilal's daughter also got 89.08 per cent marks in the 2025 exam despite just scoring less than 50 per cent in the 2024 NEET exam. Earlier in 2025, several social media users claimed that the paper was leaked in 2025; however, the NTA dismissed these claims as "fake" and "misleading."
