MP News: The government school teachers in rural areas of Madhya Pradesh have been facing trouble due to poor phone network. Marking attendance on the "e-attendance" app has become a difficult task for teachers. Due to a lack of mobile network, teachers are forced to struggle to find a signal to mark their attendance. Some teachers were seen climbing tree branches or even climbing onto school rooftops to mark their presence.

The hunt for a mobile signal began after the authorities made e-attendance mandatory for government school teachers in Madhya Pradesh. The app not only records attendance but also ensures transparency and accountability in government schools. However, poor mobile network connectivity in remote areas emerged as a big hurdle in achieving the objectives of the project.
