Naidunia Correspondent, Indore | The Banganga police arrested Saeed Faria, the live-in partner of property broker Jeetu Sahu, who died after falling from an Indore hotel. The woman had been eluding police for a month.
According to ACP Rubina Mizwani, Jeetu died after falling from the second floor of Hotel Shyam Palace (Sanwer Road) on July 14. Faria was also present at the hotel at the time. She took Jeetu to the hospital in critical condition. She fled after he was declared dead.

When police raided Bhopal, Faria switched off her mobile phone and fled to Mumbai. On Thursday, police apprehended Faria in Bhopal based on the location of another mobile phone.
Faria Threatens Jeetu's family
During preliminary interrogation, she stated that Jeetu fell in a hurry. He had left the room to meet his friend Javed. However, the police are finding many of Faria's statements unconvincing. Jeetu's family accused her of blackmail and threatening.
Sahu was also involved in a drug network and had relationships with women from several cities, including Mumbai and Ratlam.
