Train Catches Fire: A massive fire broke out on the Hyderabad-Jaipur Special Express train at Nampally railway station at Hyderabad on Friday evening. The fire broke out in the train's three-tier AC coaches B1 and B2, causing panic throughout the station premises.
The incident occurred as the train was about to depart for Jaipur at 7 pm. Eyewitnesses reported that thick smoke suddenly began to billow from the coaches, followed by flames within minutes. Panic erupted at the station, with passengers abandoning their luggage and running for safety.
Upon receiving the information, teams from the Railway Protection Force, station administration, and fire brigade immediately arrived at the scene. Firefighters quickly began working to control the fire.

No Injury Reported: Railways
According to preliminary information, the passengers were not present in the coaches at the time of the fire. However, railway officials said the fire has been brought under control, and no casualties have been reported.

"The fire was brought under control immediately. The affected coaches have been detached," the Secunderabad-headquartered South Central Railway said. The train was being brought to the platform at 18.45 hours for its scheduled departure at 19:50 hours, it said.

The railway authorities said the situation is under control and an enquiry has been ordered to ascertain the reason for the fire incident. The videos of the incident emerged on social media, showing a chaotic situation when the fire broke out at the station. People are seen running away in the clips.
