In a tragic incident, a tempo traveller collided with a parked Thar and a biker near IPEM Engineering College in Ghaziabad's Vijay Nagar police station area on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
According to the officials, three people died after being hit while standing by a parked vehicle. The accident happened when a moving traveller slammed directly into three people standing next to a vehicle parked on the highway.

The two Thar occupants were reportedly talking to a biker when the traveller coming from behind hit all three of them. One Thar rider and a biker died on the spot in the accident, while another Thar rider died in the hospital.

According to information shared with the police by MMG District Hospital, one of the deceased has been identified as Naveen Kumar Verma, a resident of Babarpur.

Upon notification of the roadway incident, both the Dial 112 and Vijaynagar police departments responded and conducted a preliminary investigation. The officer-in-charge told reporters that two of the deceased were residents of Delhi, and both of their families had been contacted. Authorities are still working to identify an additional victim.
