A reel has been going viral for the past few days, and social media users can’t get enough of it! The clip shows a boss’s simple, yet adorable reaction to a Gen Z employee who joins a team video call wearing a neem face mask. This short, lighthearted moment has been circulating all over the internet, offering a funny glimpse into the quirky side of Gen Z and a refreshingly positive work culture.
The video was posted by RemoteStar Ltd. on Instagram, and it quickly caught the attention of viewers. The team meeting starts off like any other, but things take an amusing turn that has left viewers laughing out loud and simultaneously praising the CEO’s laid-back response.
At first, the video seems like a typical virtual meeting where employees are discussing their tasks. But things get unusual when a Gen Z employee joins the call. Instead of the usual work attire, she appears with a towel wrapped around her head and a face mask on her face.

Despite the unconventional look, she doesn’t miss a beat. She continues giving her update like it’s just another day at the office, even sipping from her tumbler every now and then. Meanwhile, some of her coworkers are clearly amused, trying (and failing) to hide their smiles and laughter.
What really makes this video so endearing is the CEO’s reaction. After the employee wraps up her update, he calmly asks, “Which face mask is this? Black seaweed or which one?”
The employee, totally unbothered, responds, “Neem. You should also use.”
According to the video’s caption, the whole thing was actually a prank on the boss. It reads: “Tried pulling a prank on the boss during the meeting… He ended up enjoying it more than we did. Safe to say we’ve got a pretty cool boss!”
The video quickly took off, gaining up over 8 million views. People flooded the comment section, with many praising the CEO’s chill response.

While most were loving the prank, some viewers questioned whether the whole thing was staged.
To put those doubts to rest, the company dropped a follow-up video showing more of the CEO’s conversation with the team after the meeting.
In the second clip, the CEO jokes, “Now I know why cameras were off?” He adds with a grin, “So, if anyone’s camera is off, I know what they’re doing.”
