Delhi Water Cut: The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has announced flushing of underground reservoirs (UGRs) and booster pumping stations as part of its annual maintenance programme. Due to this, water supply will be disrupted/low pressure in many areas of North-West Delhi on March 18 and 19, 2026. DJB has appealed to the residents to store water in advance

Dates: March 18, 2026 and March 19, 2026

Reason: Annual cleaning (flushing) of UGR and booster pumping stations

Objective: Maintain water quality and ensure system cleanliness

Effect: Supply will be completely cut off or at low pressure
