The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the second phase of its “Karmayogi Housing Scheme-2025” in Narela, offering 1,522 newly built flats for government employees and pensioners. Online booking for the flats will begin on June 1 at 12 noon on a first-come, first-served basis.

The newly launched flats are located in Pocket 13 of Sector A1-A4 in Narela. These units will be sold along with the remaining flats available in Pocket 6 and Pocket 9. Following the strong response received for the earlier phase of the scheme, the DDA has introduced another batch of flats with the same special 25 per cent discount offer.

Each flat under the scheme would also have a parking area. For one BHK flats, it is 5.76 sqm, two BHK flats, it is 11.52 sqm and three BHK flats, 23.04 sqm.

Buyers would, however, need to pay additional maintenance charges (excluding GST), conversion of freehold land and water connection charges on the receipt of the allotment letter.

The application and booking could be done online through the DDA portal. Those already registered in any DDA first come first serve housing scheme would not require re-registration. All eligibility criteria, booking charges and conditions of booking would remain the same as per the original brochure of Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025.

Under the scheme 424, one-BHK flats have been offered at a price of around Rs 33 lakh with annual maintenance of about Rs 11,000, 776 two-BHK flats costing from around Rs 75.55 lakh to Rs 83.92 lakh with annual maintenance charges between Rs 32,000 and Rs 36,000, while 352 three-BHK flats would cost around Rs 1.06 crore and Rs 1.19 crore with maintenance charges of Rs 53,000 and Rs 59,000.
