Comedian Samay Raina has officially announced the return of India’s Got Latent with a second season, promising fans that the show’s signature “no filter” style will remain intact. Netflix confirmed on June 19 that the new season will stream on the platform, putting an end to speculation surrounding the show’s comeback.

In a newly released promo, Raina revealed that India’s Got Latent 2 will premiere simultaneously on Netflix and YouTube, with both versions featuring the same content and runtime. He joked that everything would remain “same to same,” with the only difference being that Netflix viewers would not have to deal with advertisements or a comment section.

India's Got Latent Episode 1 Release Date

Netflix also announced the streaming date of episode 1 of India's Got Latent. The announcement read, "It's SAMAY For A Big Reveal. Watch India’s Got Latent Season 2, Episode 1 out tomorrow, on Netflix." According to it, the first episode of India's Got Latent will be out on June 20, 2026.

The official announcement followed a cryptic post from Netflix India featuring Samay Raina’s bodyguard. The streamer asked fans to drop lemon and spice emojis in the comments, with Raina tagged as a collaborator. The post quickly sparked speculation about India’s Got Latent 2, as many believed it hinted at the show's return. However, no official confirmation was provided at the time.
