Yeh Prem Mol Liya Movie Release: Fans have been buzzing as Rajshri Productions, in partnership with Mahaveer Jain Films, has confirmed their latest project. Renowned director Sooraj Barjatya, who recently secured the National Award for Best Director for his 2022 hit Uunchai, is returning with a classic family entertainer titled Yeh Prem Mol Liya.

Yeh Prem Mol Liya marks a significant milestone for the production house, as it brings the beloved character 'Prem' back to the silver screen after a 12-year hiatus. In a fresh casting choice, Ayushmann Khurrana has been selected to embody this iconic role. He will be joined by Sharvari, marking the first time this duo will share the screen. Adding to the excitement is the return of Himesh Reshammiya as the film’s composer. This project reunites Himesh Reshammiya and Sooraj Barjatya for the first time since their record-breaking collaboration on Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

The official statement from the producers expressed their enthusiasm for the upcoming theatrical launch, "We Have An Announcement! This November, Rajshri Productions (P) Ltd. in association with Mahaveer Jain Films, brings to the BIG screen a family entertainer directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya titled - 'Yeh Prem Mol Liya' starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari a Himesh Reshammiya musical. In theatres 27th November 2026 - Save the date!"

By taking on this role, Ayushmann Khurrana joins an elite group of actors. The name 'Prem' has long been a symbol of the gentle, idealistic leading man in Indian cinema. Salman Khan famously defined the archetype in classics such as Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), Hum Aapke Hain Koun (1994), and Hum Saath-Saath Hain (1999). Shahid Kapoor also took up the mantle in the 2006 hit Vivah.

Ayushmann Khurrana And Sharvari's Upcoming Projects

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana was recently seen in the horror-comedy Thamma and has several high-profile projects lined up, including the spy comedy Udta Teer and the romantic comedy Pati Patni Aur Woh Do. Meanwhile, Sharvari is preparing for the release of the major action film Alpha, where she stars alongside Alia Bhatt this July.

Yeh Prem Mol Liya is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on November 27, 2026, promising a heartwarming experience for families during the post-Diwali season.
