Is India's Got Latent Season 2 Releasing On May 9?

Meanwhile, this video surfaced shortly after Samay Raina held an Instagram Q&A session. When a fan asked about the release date, Samay suggested he was still resting, saying, “I’m enjoying this break for the entire month right now. After that, I’ll start planning." However, many fans believe the leak from Balraj Ghai might be an intentional hint or an accidental reveal of the true premiere date. So far, the production team has not released a formal statement.
All About Samay Raina's India's Got Latent Controversy
The return of the show is a major talking point because of its controversial past. In February 2025, India’s Got Latent faced severe backlash following a comment made by guest Ranveer Allahbadia. The situation escalated quickly, leading to multiple FIRs being filed against Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia, and others involved.
Due to the legal pressure and social media outrage, all existing episodes were pulled from YouTube. Despite these hurdles, the show’s unique roast format remains incredibly popular, and the anticipation for Season 2 proves that the audience is ready for more.
