Living in Mumbai’s celebrity hotspots comes at a massive cost and Ranbir Kapoor’s former Bandra home is the latest example of that luxury price tag. The actor has reportedly rented out his upscale apartment for a staggering Rs 11 lakh per month.

According to reports, the luxury apartment is located in the Vaastu building at Pali Hill in Bandra West. The property has reportedly been leased under a five-year leave-and-license agreement.

The apartment reportedly spans around 2,460 square feet and has been leased to Aditya Shukla. Reports also suggest that the agreement includes a five per cent annual rent escalation clause along with a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh.

Ranbir Kapoor is said to have purchased the luxury property in 2016 for nearly Rs 35 crore. The home’s interiors were reportedly designed by Gauri Khan, who is known for styling several celebrity homes in Bollywood.

The apartment holds special emotional value for Ranbir Kapoor, as it was the same home where he married longtime partner Alia Bhatt on April 14 in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family. The wedding took place on the balcony of the house, which had often featured in the couple’s social media posts.

The six-storey property, reportedly worth around ₹250 crore, is co-owned by Neetu Kapoor and is considered deeply significant for the Kapoor family.

On the work front, Ranbir will next appear in Ramayana: Part 1 – The Introduction directed by Nitesh Tiwari. He also has Love & War with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the sequel to Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in the pipeline.
