Posthumous Recognition for Satish Shah
The late Satish Shah was posthumously conferred the Padma Shri, celebrating a career that spanned over four decades across theatre, television, and cinema. Widely celebrated for his versatility and impeccable comic timing, his award was accepted on hs behalf by his brother, Arvind Shah.
Mammootty Conferred with Padma Bhushan
Malayalam superstar and cultural icon Mammootty has been conferred the Padma Bhushan by the President. With a career spanning more than five decades, he has appeared in over 400 films across multiple languages. Beyond cinema, he is widely recognised for his active support of various social causes and charitable initiatives.

Anil Kumar Rastogi conferred with Padma Shri
Theatre and cinema stalwart Anil Kumar Rastogi received the Padma Shri for his extensive contributions to the arts and public life. With a career spanning nearly 1,000 theatre shows, 75 feature films, and over 500 television episodes, Rastogi is also a distinguished scientist with 78 co-authored research papers and a dedicated philanthropist supporting destitute patients.
Gadde Babu Rajendra Prasad honoured with Padma Shri
Veteran Telugu actor Gadde Babu Rajendra Prasad was conferred the Padma Shri by the President during the second Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
