Asha Bhosle Survived By Her Only Living Son, Anand Bhosle, and His Family
The veteran singer Asha Bhosle is survived by her only living son from her first marriage to Ganpatrao Anand Bhosle, along with her daughter-in-law Anuja Bhosle, granddaughter Zanai Bhosle and grandson Ranjai Bhosle. Her only daughter, journalist and singer Varsha Bhosle, died by suicide in 2012. Three years later, her eldest son,o n Hemant Bhosle, a pilot, passed away due to cancer in 2015. Hemant’s son, Chaitanya Bhosle, a Mumbai-based musician, continues to carry forward the family’s legacy.
