Kartik Aaryan has started shooting for his upcoming movie Naagzilla in Delhi, backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Recently, his spotting at the Laxmi Nagar metro station created a buzz among fans, drawing large crowds and slowing traffic as people gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor. Videos from his Delhi schedule at various locations have been circulating online. Earlier reports claimed that Naagzilla may not hit theatres as initially planned. The film was scheduled for an August 14 release this year; however, since the Kartik-starrer is still underway and will take a few more months to wrap up.
Kartik Aaryan Spotted Shooting For Naagzilla In Delhi
After wrapping up the Mumbai leg of the film, reports suggested that the actor would begin shooting the Delhi schedule. Amid this, visuals from the Laxmi Nagar metro station surfaced online.
In viral videos, Kartik was seen acknowledging the crowd gathered near the metro station by waving back during breaks in the shoot.

Kartik Aaryan's Naagzilla Delhi Schedule Details
As per a source quoted by Hindustan Times, "The Delhi schedule is likely to go on for more than a week from now, featuring Kartik. The locations filmed so far include Yamuna ghat ka kinara for a key scene, next was Sector 54 in Dwarka. Dilli Haat in Pitampura was also a primary location.”
All About Naagzilla Plot, Cast And Crew
Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Kartik Aaryan will be seen portraying Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, a serpent who can transform into a human, an ichchhadhari naag. The makers are yet to announce the female lead opposite Kartik. Naagzilla is backed by Karan Johar, Mahaveer Jain, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Sujit Jain.

The film is said to explore fantasy and folklore, with a dose of entertainment. It is being made on a large scale with high VFX, which is reportedly one of the reasons behind the delayed release. However, the makers have not officially confirmed it yet. Fans are excited to see Kartik in a new avatar and the recent visuals from the Delhi shooting have further increased the buzz.
