Peddi, starring Ram Charan, has emerged as one of the year’s most anticipated Indian films, with its recently released trailer creating massive buzz online. The trailer showcased Ram Charan’s striking transformations as a cricketer, wrestler and runner against a grand sports backdrop, earning widespread praise from fans. The makers of Peddi revealed that the film’s trailer crossed 101 million views within 24 hours of release and surpassed 175 million views in under 48 hours. The trailer teases grand sports action involving cricket, wrestling and athletics, along with emotional drama and high-energy moments, backed by a powerful score from A. R. Rahman.

About Peddi: Peddi is written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana and stars Ram Charan in the lead alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma and Jagapathi Babu. The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas in association with Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings and IVY Entertainment.

The film features music by A. R. Rahman, cinematography by R. Rathnavelu and editing by Navin Nooli. Following the success of Dhurandhar and Raja Shivaji, the film will be distributed in North India by Jio Studios. Peddi is set for a global premiere on June 3, 2026, before its theatrical release worldwide on June 4, 2026.
