Addressing concerns directly, Ayushmann said the movie is suitable for all age groups. He said, "We are not promoting infidelity because it’s a family film. Everyone will enjoy watching this film; it’s a comedy of errors.”
Sharing a personal insight, Ayushmann revealed that he prefers choosing projects his children can watch. He even showed them parts of the film during editing. Their positive reaction, he said, reassured him that the movie works well as a wholesome entertainer.

Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is a sequel to the 2019 hit Pati Patni Aur Woh. The earlier film starred Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday. The new installment features Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and Wamiqa Gabbi. The film is now set to release in theatres on May 15, 2026.
