Bollywood actresses Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh's upcoming action thriller Alpha is set to arrive in cinemas sooner than expected. The much-awaited film has reportedly received a new release date and will now hit theatres a week before its previously announced schedule. The change comes after Dhamaal 4 shifted its release plans, giving the makers of Alpha an opportunity to secure a more favorable box-office window for the film.

Film Alpha To Release Earlier Than Planned

Originally scheduled for release on July 10, Alpha will now reportedly premiere in theatres on July 3. The decision was taken after Dhamaal 4 moved its release date to July 17, creating an open slot in early July.

As per Times of India report, the makers felt that the new date was a better launch opportunity that was available. The team felt that with the film being moved to an earlier release date, it would be able to reach audiences without clashing with another major Bollywood release.
