VD Satheesan Education Qualification: Following a landslide victory in the 2026 Keralam Assembly elections, the Indian National Congress (INC) leadership has officially designated V.D. Satheesan as the next Chief Minister of Kerala. The announcement concluded ten days of intense political deliberation after the United Democratic Front (UDF) secured 102 seats in the 140-member assembly. Satheesan, a seasoned legislator from North Paravur, is widely recognised for his intellectual depth and oratory skills within the assembly.
As a practicing advocate in the Keralam High Court, Satheesan brings a unique combination of legal expertise and social consciousness to the chief minister's office.
