UPSC CMS 2026 Application Form Last Date:  The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conclude the online registrations for the CMS 2026. Candidates still left to register must complete their online application process via upsc.gov.in before the submission deadline.

The exam will be held on August 2, 2026, to recruit candidates for several medical positions. These include Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, General Duty Medical Officer in the Central Health Service, and Medical Officer roles in municipal bodies and other government departments.

Step 1: Visit the UPSC official website at upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, select the “UPSC CMS 2026” link.

Step 3: Complete your One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already done.

Step 4: Complete your application form with mandatory fields.

Step 5: Upload the documents and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Cross-check all details carefully and submit the form.

UPSC CMS 2026 Registration: Who Can Apply?

To apply for the UPSC CMS exam 2026, candidates must have passed both the written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination. Those in their final year can also apply, provided they submit proof of passing the final examination at the time of selection.

Candidates must keep the following documents ready while applying for the CMS 2026. Upload the document in the prescribed format and size. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the application. 

  • Passport-size photograph (JPG, 20-300 KB)

  • Scanned signature (JPG, 20-300 KB)

  • Valid photo ID proof (PDF)

  • Educational certificates
