NID DAT B.Des 2026 Result:  The National Institute of Design (NID) released the B.Des Mains result 2026 on May 26, 2026, on its official website. The result link is available at admissions.nid.edu. Candidates need their email ID and date of birth to access their scorecards. NID has also opened the rechecking window after the result declaration. During that candidates can submit their requests for result rechecking on the official portal by paying the required fee.

NID DAT B.Des 2026 Result: Steps To Download Scorecards

After the results are officially announced, candidates can use the following steps to download their NID DAT B.Des scorecards through the official portal.

Step 1: Go to the official website at admissions.nid.edu.

Step 2: Click on the “NID DAT B.Des 2026 Result” link.

Step 3: The login window will appear. Enter your email ID and date of birth.

Step 4: The scorecard will appear on the screen.

Step 5: View and download the result for future reference.

NID DAT B.Des Counselling 2026

After the result publication, NID DAT B.Des counselling will begin. Candidates who get shortlisted in the Mains examination will proceed to the counselling and seat allotment process. NID B.Des Round-01 seat allotment, confirmation of seat, and payment of the token amount will begin from June 9 to June 11, 2026. 

During the counselling registration, candidates seeking admission to the NID B.Des program must select their NID campus preferences. The window to submit campus preferences will open after the NID DAT Mains results are declared.

Candidates must note that the actual cutoffs will vary based on the candidate’s performance, seat availability, and reservation policies. NID will release the actual cutoff marks along with the results.
