SSC GD Result 2026: The prolonged delay in announcing the SSC GD results 2026 has made candidates anxious. As of now, the Commission has not officially released any notice related to the SSC GD Constable Result 2026. Based on recent updates, the Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the SC GD Constable 2026 Computer-Based Examination (CBE) Result 2026 in the second week of September 2026.
Once out, it will be available as separate merit lists for male and female candidates on ssc.gov.in. The exam was held from April 27 to May 30, 2026, across multiple shifts, in CBT mode across various exam centres. To ensure fairness and transparency, the Commission uses a normalization process to prepare the results.

Steps To Download SSC GD Constable Result 2026
Once the official link becomes available, using the following steps, candidates can access the merit list from the official portal.
Step 1: Go to the SSC official website at ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: Open the result section and select the CTGD (Constable GD) tab.
Step 3: Click on the “Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026” link.
Step 4: Download the PDF and use Ctrl+F to find your details.
SSC GD Constable Expected Cutoff 2026
Based on factors such as previous year cutoff marks, seat availability, and number of applicants, here are expected cutoff marks for different categories. However, the Commission will release the SSC GD Cutoff Marks 2026 along with the results.

SSC GD Constable Selection Process 2026
The selection process includes:
Computer-Based Examination (CBE)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)

Document Verification (DV)
Candidates who clear the CBT exam will proceed to the Physical Tests, likely to be held in October-November 2026. The exact exam schedule will be notified by the Commission after the declaration of the results.
