NIFT 2027: On behalf of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), NTA has commenced the online registration process for NTA NIFT from October 16, 2026, via its official portal. Candidates interested in pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fashion and related fields must apply through exams.nta.nic.in/niftee until November 16, 2026. However, with late fees of Rs 5,000, applicants can apply till November 21, 2026.
While uploading documents, candidates must ensure that Aadhaar-based e-KYC and a live photograph are also submitted during the NIFT registration 2027. The Stage 1 written exam is scheduled for January 10, 2027.
NIFT Application Dates 2027
Following the application process, the authorities will open the form correction window, allowing candidates to edit their particulars in the NIFT application form. Once the window closes, the submitted details will be considered final and used for the further selection process.

Step 1: Go to the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.

Step 2: In the candidate activity section, select the NIFTEE 2027 application link.
Step 3: Enter your basic details, including name, mobile number, and email address, to register and create your login credentials.
Step 4: Using the above credentials, complete your NIFT application form 2027.
Step 5: Upload mandatory documents in the prescribed format.
Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit your application form.

Category-wise fee details are as follows.
Open / Open-EWS/OBC(NCL): Rs 2,000
SC / ST / PwD: Rs 500
Open/Open-EWS/OBC (NCL) applying for two programmes: Rs 3,000
SC / ST / PwD applying for two programmes: Rs 750
NTA NIFT will release the advance city slip on December 21, 2026, and the admit card on January 4, 2027. Candidates are advised to visit the official portal for any further information regarding the NIFT entrance exam 2027.
