CAT 2026 Registration: The CAT 2026 online registration process is nearly ending. With the last date approaching on September 15, candidates are advised to complete their CAT 2026 application process, upload documents, and pay the fee before the deadline via the official portal. The registration portal was opened on August 3, 2026. Before the final submission, applicants must verify all details carefully, as the submitted details will henceforth be used for the further admission process. 

IIM Indore will conduct CAT 2026 on November 29, 2026, to shortlist candidates for admission to postgraduate programs, including MBA and PGDM at premier Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other participating institutes.

CAT 2026 Registration Dates

IIM Indore released the CAT 2026 official notification on July 26, 2026. The registration will run from August 3 to September 15, 2026. Once the registration window closes, the conducting authority may also open the correction window, allowing candidates to edit the submitted details. How To Apply For CAT 2026?

IIM Indore will close the registration window on September 15, 2026. Using the following steps, candidates can complete their registration via the official portal. 

Step 1: Go to the official website at iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, select the "New Candidate Registration” link. 

Step 3: Enter your basic details such as name, date of birth, country, and email address.

Step 4: Click on the “Generate OTP” option and complete the verification process.

Step 5: Your CAT login credentials will be generated and sent to your registered email address and mobile number.

Step 6: Using the above credentials, complete your application form. 

Step 7: Upload mandatory documents in the required format and pay the application fee.

Step 8: Verify all details carefully and submit the form.

Candidates must note that those applying for the CAT 2026 entrance examination under the NC-OBC category must have a valid certificate issued on or after April 1, 2026. Category certificates issued before this date will not be accepted unless supported by the designated official undertaking and proof of renewal.
