NEET-UG Results Out: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday released the results of the NEET-UG 2026 paper, announcing the qualification of 11.21 lakh candidates. The top position is shared by two aspirants, Aryan Gupta (Punjab) and Panshul Bansal (Haryana). Aryan and Panshul scored 715 out of 720 marks each.
Key Stats related to NEET-UG result
- Out of 11.21 lakh qualified candidates, 19 secured above 700 marks.
- 1,492 students scored 650 and above.
- 10,160 candidates scored 600 and above.
- 90,780 candidates scored 500 and above.
- Over 58 per cent of the qualified candidates are women.
- The majority of the top-performing candidates are aged between 17 and 19.
State-wise results
- The highest number of candidates qualifying the medical entrance examination are from Uttar Pradesh: 1.7 lakh.
- The lowest number of candidates qualifying NEET-UG are from Lakshadweep: 43.
