JEE Main 2026 Session 2: Final Result Compilation Policy

As per the established NTA policy, the final results for Paper 1 will be compiled by considering the "best of two" scores for candidates who appeared in both the January and April sessions. This ensures that a student's final percentile and rank reflect their peak performance.

The upcoming results on April 20 will also determine the category-wise cut-offs required to qualify for the JEE Advanced 2026, the gateway to the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
