ICAI CA Exams 2026 Schedule: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examination schedule for the September–November 2026 session. The timetable covers Foundation, Intermediate, and Final level examinations, along with two post-qualification member tests.

 

According to the official notification, candidates will be able to submit their examination forms online from July 6, 2026, through the ICAI Self Service Portal (SSP) at eservices.icai.org. The institute will also provide a short correction window for candidates who need to modify details such as exam medium or group preferences after submitting their forms.

Candidates must note that the institute has clarified that exam dates will remain unchanged even if any exam day is declared a public holiday by the central or state government. This means the released schedule is final and students should plan their preparation accordingly.

Most CA examination papers will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM, with 15 minutes of reading time starting from 1:45 PM. However, Foundation Papers 3 and 4 will be held for two hours, while Final Paper 6 and the International Taxation Assessment Test will run for four hours.

Candidates must carefully fill in their details while submitting the application form because only limited fields will be editable during the correction window.

ICAI CA Exam 2026: Exam Fee and Medium

ICAI has also released the exam fee structure for Indian examination centres. The CA Foundation exam fee is Rs 1,500, while Intermediate single group candidates will pay Rs 1,500 and both groups Rs 2,700. For the CA Final exam, the fee is Rs 1,800 for a single group and Rs 3,300 for both groups.

Students appearing for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examinations can choose either English or Hindi as their medium of examination. Admit cards will be available for download on the ICAI Self Service Portal, and candidates must carry the admit card to the examination centre, as entry will not be allowed without it.
