Maharashtra Board HSC Result 2026: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is in the final stages of preparing the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Class 12 results for 2026. Excitement and anticipation have spiked following a recent update on the DigiLocker platform, which officially tagged the Maharashtra Class 12 results as "Coming Soon."


While the Board has yet to issue a definitive press release regarding the exact date, the DigiLocker activity historically precedes the actual result declaration by 24 to 48 hours.

Nearly 16 lakh students from the Arts, Science, and Commerce streams appeared for the examinations conducted in February and March 2026. This year's turnout is a significant increase from the 14.1 lakh candidates seen in 2025.

Typically, the Board holds a press conference in the morning to announce the pass percentages and topper statistics, with the online link for individual scorecards being activated around 1:00 PM on the official website, mahresult.nic.in.

How to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2026 Online?

Once the result link is activated, students can follow these steps to retrieve their marksheets:

  • Official Website: Visit mahresult.nic.in or mahahsscboard.in.

  • Enter Details: Input your Seat Number and your Mother’s First Name exactly as provided during registration.

  • Via SMS: Type MHHSC [Seat Number] and send it to 57766 to receive subject-wise marks directly on your phone.

  • DigiLocker: Search for "MSBSHSE" under the Education tab and fetch your "Class XII Marksheet" using your roll number.

Important Note: The online result is a provisional marksheet. Students are required to collect their original hardcopy certificates from their respective junior colleges a few weeks after the digital announcement.
