CBSE Class 12 OSM Row: Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday chaired a high-level review meeting on Thursday at the CBSE Headquarters in New Delhi regarding evaluation and post-result processes for the CBSE Class 12 examinations. Senior officials from the Ministry of Education, CBSE, IITs, KVS and public sector banks attended the meeting to discuss student-related concerns and improve examination support systems.

The Ministry of Education also shared updates regarding the meeting through its official social media platforms. According to information shared online, the Minister stressed transparency, accountability and student-friendly services while assuring that technical and administrative issues faced by students would be addressed with priority.

Government Assures Timely Resolution Of Student Issues:

During the meeting, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan directed officials to ensure that all concerns raised by students are resolved in a transparent and efficient manner. He reiterated that students’ interests remain the Government’s top priority and warned that negligence at any level would not be tolerated.

The Minister also assured parents and students that all genuine issues linked to evaluation, result processing and digital services would be handled effectively and without delay.

Technical Team To Review CBSE Portal Issues:

The Minister reviewed reports related to login problems, heavy server traffic and payment gateway issues on the CBSE post-result services portal. To address these concerns, an expert technical team comprising professors from IIT Madras and digital system specialists has been assigned to examine portal stability, server capacity and payment integration systems.

The Ministry stated that efforts are being made to ensure uninterrupted and smooth access to online services for students across the country.

Nearly 18 Lakh Students Appeared For CBSE Class 12 Exams:

Officials informed the Minister that around 18 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 12 examinations this year. The evaluation process involved nearly 98 lakh answer sheets and approximately 40 crore scanned pages.

According to the Ministry, nearly four lakh students have already accessed around 11 lakh scanned answer sheets through the online portal after the declaration of results.
