CLAT 2027 Registration:  The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has confirmed the registration date and time for CLAT 2027. According to the notification, CLAT 2027 registration will begin on August 3, 2026, at 10 AM. Eligible candidates must complete their application form, upload mandatory documents, and pay the registration fee via the official portal at consortiumofnlus.ac.in, after the link becomes available. The online application portal will remain open until October 31, 2026. Qualifying CLAT offers admission to prestigious National Law Universities and participating law colleges under UG and PG law courses.

How To Fill CLAT 2027 Application Form?

Candidates can follow the given steps to complete their registration process via the official portal.
Step 1: Go to the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the CLAT 2027 registration link. 

Step 3: Enter your email address and mobile number to register. You will get your registration number and password.

Step 4: Log in using the above details and complete your application form.

Step 5: Upload mandatory documents in the prescribed format.

Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Eligibility Criteria For CLAT UG 2026

Candidates applying for the Common Law Admission Test 2026 UG must have passed class 12th with minimum qualifying marks from a recognized Board. For unreserved categories, it is 45%, while SC/ ST/ PwD categories need 40% or equivalent. As per the Consortium, there is no upper age limit for CLAT UG 2027. 

CLAT 2027 Exam Date

According to the exam schedule, CLAT 2027 will be held on December 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in offline mode. Furthermore, the Consortium has confirmed that the CLAT exam pattern and syllabus for UG and PG courses will remain unchanged for this academic year. Based on the CLAT scorecard, seat availability, and category, candidates will get seats at NLUs and other participating law universities.
