CBSE Class 12 Portal Issue: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday issued a circular informing students, parents, and schools that its online application portal for submitting requests for scanned copies of Class XII answer books has run into serious technical difficulties, leaving hundreds of students unable to access the facility.
The portal, which allows students to apply for scanned copies of their answer sheets, either for grievance redressal or for personal archival purposes, became non-functional early in the day, causing significant inconvenience to students anxiously waiting to review their evaluated answer books after the Class XII results.

What Went Wrong & When Will It Be Fixed?
According to the official circular released by CBSE, a team of technical experts has been deployed to diagnose and rectify the problem. The board has assured stakeholders that the application is expected to be restored and made live by 2:00 PM today. No specific reason for the technical glitch was disclosed in the circular, though officials indicated the issue is being handled on a priority basis given the time-sensitive nature of the examination grievance process.
This outage comes at a particularly critical time, as thousands of Class XII students across the country are in the process of reviewing their answer sheets to assess whether they wish to apply for re-evaluation or challenge their marks through the board's formal grievance mechanism.
