  1. Candidates demand official BPSC TRE-4 notification, not just tweets.
  2. Seek 46,000 posts, a single exam, and "one candidate, one result".
  3. Threaten large-scale agitation in August if demands unmet.

Bihar PSC TRE 4: After Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced and tweeted about recruitment for 32,388 posts under BPSC TRE-4 (teacher recruitment), candidates have expressed their reaction strongly. Candidates say they are not satisfied with just tweets and assurances, and want an official notification and exam schedule at the earliest.

A media reporter spoke to some candidates in Patna. They said that a requisition for 46,000 posts was sent to BPSC on February 11, 2026. Therefore, reducing the number of posts to 32,388 or 20,000 is not acceptable to them, and they are demanding that the government issue an advertisement for the full 46,000 posts.

What Are The Other Key Demands?

Candidates have also raised the demand for a single exam (Single Exam), on the lines of TRE-1, TRE-2, and TRE-3, arguing that only one exam should be conducted. They point out that they have already cleared multiple exams like D.El.Ed/B.Ed, CTET, and STET, and should therefore not be burdened with both a Preliminary Test and Mains (dual examination).

What Is The "One Candidate, One Result" Demand?

To prevent wastage of seats and fraudulent practices, candidates are demanding strict implementation of the "one candidate, one result" policy, so that a larger number of students can secure jobs through the recruitment process. They have also demanded strict adherence to the domicile policy in place to protect the rights of Bihar's own candidates.
