AIBE 21 Exam Analysis 2026: The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXI 2026 conducted by the Bar Council of India concluded successfully at 4 PM on June 7. The examination was held from 1 PM to 4 PM for law graduates seeking the Certificate of Practice (CoP) required to practice law in India.
Following the completion of the examination, candidates are eagerly awaiting the detailed paper analysis, answer key release, and expected cutoff marks. Initial reactions from students and experts suggest that the paper was largely in line with previous editions of the examination.
AIBE 21 Exam Analysis 2026: Difficulty Level
Based on early feedback, the overall difficulty level of AIBE 21 is expected to be between easy and moderate. Sections such as Professional Ethics, Contract Law, and Civil Procedure Code (CPC) were considered relatively straightforward by many candidates.
However, subjects including Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), Evidence Act, and Property Law were reported to be moderately challenging. Experts believe the paper maintained a balanced distribution of questions across legal subjects.

Student Reactions After the Exam
Many candidates stated that the examination was manageable and largely based on standard legal concepts. Students reported that most questions were direct and familiar, allowing them to complete the paper within the allotted time.
Several aspirants also noted that the difficulty level was comparable to previous AIBE examinations, with only a few questions requiring deeper conceptual understanding.

Expected Cutoff Marks for AIBE 21
The official cutoff will be announced along with the results. Based on previous trends, the qualifying marks are expected to remain around 45% for General and OBC candidates and 40% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
Experts suggest that the overall cutoff is unlikely to witness any major change unless there is a significant variation in candidate performance.
Answer Key and Result Updates
The provisional answer key is expected to be released shortly on the official website. Candidates will be able to compare their responses, estimate scores, and raise objections if necessary. After reviewing objections, the Bar Council of India will publish the final answer key and declare the AIBE 21 result.
