Delhi Water Cut: Several areas of the national capital will be facing water disruptions in several areas on February 17. The disruption in the water supply will be caused by a flushing process being carried out as part of routine maintenance. The Jal Board will be cleaning underground reservoirs and booster pumping stations, which will result in water supply disruptions.

According to Officials, quoted by the Lokmat Times, the routine maintenance is carried out to clean the water system before summer. Residents are advised to store sufficient water beforehand and use it judiciously.

During the time of water disruption, the Jal Board will be providing water tanker services. To request a tanker, you can call the required MCD number or your area's water emergency number. The Water Board urges the public to conserve water and cooperate until normal service resumes. Residents should prepare in advance to minimise inconvenience.
