KKR vs LSG IPL 2026 Toss Update: Kolkata Knight Riders will lock horns with Lucknow Super Giants during their next IPL 2026 match in Kolkata on Thursday. Besides CSK, the host is the only team not to have won a single match in IPL 2026, but they did score a point with a rain-affected match against PBKS.

The Ajinkya Rahane-led side has been struggling in the ongoing season, with the skipper under immense pressure. Under his captaincy, the side has failed to live up to expectations. Still, the team management is hopeful that they will make a brilliant comeback and finally begin their IPL campaign on a high by beating the Lucknow-based franchise.

At the same time, the Rishabh Pant-led side played two matches, winning one and losing one. They boast a formidable bowling attack and will try to win their consecutive match in the ongoing season.

Before the upcoming clash, let's take a look at who won the toss:

KKR Vs LSG IPL 2026 Toss Update

Rishabh Pant has won the toss and, given the overcast conditions, has opted to bowl first. Since it will be easier to chase during the second innings, they have fielded the same playing XI.

But the host did make one change to their playing XI as Blessing Muzarabani has been snubbed and Sunil Narine has replaced him. Narine, besides bowling, can bat as well, and that's why he has been included in the playing XI.
