SA vs AFG T20 World Cup 2026 Weather Report: South Africa will lock horns with Afghanistan during their next match of the ongoing mega event on Wednesday. The match will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium, where Afghanistan's future will be decided in the mega event, as they had lost to New Zealand during their tournament opener. South Africa will try to win their second match after they defeated Canada in their first match.
The Afghanistan bowlers were seen struggling against the Kiwi batters as they failed to defend the respectable target of 182 runs, as Gulbadin Naib scored a gritty knock of 63 runs.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman gave the team an early breakthrough, but match-winning knocks of Tim Seifert (65) and Glenn Phillips helped New Zealand chase the target.

For skipper Rashid Khan, his personal form would be a cause of concern after he went for 1 for 36 off his 4 overs.
Unlike the Afghans, South Africa bossed their first game of the tournament against Canada. Aiden Markram & company posted a mammoth total of 213/4 in their 20 overs, with the skipper leading from the front with his innings of 59 off 32 balls.
Later on, pacer Lungi Ngidi dominated the bowling charts for the Proteas after taking 4 for 31 off his 4 overs. South Africa kept the Canadians to 156/8 and won the fixture by 57 runs.
