Kuldeep will soon be in action as he will be playing for the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the IPL 2026, which is scheduled to kick off on March 28. He will soon join DC's camp for the 19th edition of the T20 league, having been retained for Rs 13.25 crore before the IPL 2025 mega auction. Bowling with an economy rate of 7.07, Kuldeep scalped 15 wickets in 14 matches in IPL 2025. He will be in action for DC against Lucknow Super Giants on April 1.
While he is a regular member of the T20I team, Kuldeep only played one match in the T20 WC. He will aim to become a regular in the final XI going ahead.
Talking about Kuldeep's wife, Vanshika hails from Shyam Nagar in Kanpur. The couple grew up together in Kanpur, where their families resided just three kilometres apart from one another. Vanshika had pursued higher studies in Melbourne and reportedly works as an administrative professional with Life Insurance Corporation. She has also been a constant presence in Kuldeep’s life since his U-19 days.
Notably, the couple got engaged on 4 June last year in a traditional ceremony in Lucknow, and were originally set to tie the knot in November. The wedding date, however, was postponed in order to allow Kuldeep to focus on the T20 World Cup.
