CSK vs RCB IPL 2026: Royal Challengers Bengaluru's star all-rounder Tim David put up a brilliant match-winning knock. He helped the team post a mammoth target of 250 runs and beat Chennai Super Kings by 43 runs at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday. He scored 70 runs off 25 balls.

While batting first, Devdutt Padikkal had smashed a brilliant half century off 29 balls whereas opener Phil Salt scored a gritty knock of 46 runs off 30 balls. 

Captain Rajat Patidar (48 off 19 balls) and Tim David (70 off 25 balls) provided some late surge as they stitched a partnership of 99 runs and helped the host post a mammoth target of 250 runs, which was also their highest total this year.

While chasing, the Ruturaj Gaikwad-led side were skittled out for 207 runs where Sarfaraz Khan (50) and Prashant Veer (43) made significant contribution with the bat. 

Jacob Duffy (2/48), Bhuvaneshwar Kumar (3/41) ,Krunal Pandya (2/36) and Abhinandan Singh (2/30), had taken wickets ate regular intervals for the host.
