The shares of Indiabulls Ltd continued to gain momentum on Friday despite a massive sell-off in the domestic stock market. The stock opened nearly 5 per cent higher to hit the upper circuit at Rs 26.51 as compared to last day's closing of Rs 25.25 on NSE. The small cap realty stock surged over 50 per cent in the last 30 days despite volatility in the stock market. 

The shares of Indiabulls Ltd continued to gain momentum on Friday despite a massive sell-off in the domestic stock market. The stock opened nearly 5 per cent higher to hit the upper circuit and 52-week high at Rs 26.51 as compared to last day's closing of Rs 25.25 on NSE. The real estate and financial service provider's stock jumped 5 per cent to hit the upper circuit in the last session as well. Meanwhile, the market cap of the company stood at around Rs 5.38 thousand crore.

Share Price History

The small-cap realty stock surged over 50 per cent in the last 30 days despite volatility in the stock market. In the last five trading sessions, the scrip jumped over 10 per cent, while this year till date, the stock soared over 55 per cent on NSE.

Company's Turns Profitable

The real estate sector company turned profitable in the last financial year (FY26), reporting a net profit of Rs 346.13 crore compared to a Rs 272.73 crore loss in the financial year (FY25). Meanwhile, its revenue increased to Rs 880.78 crore in the fiscal year under review, rising 63 per cent from Rs 539.95 crore in the corresponding financial year.

At the same time, Indiabulls financials remained decent in the fourth quarter--January-March. For Q4, the company's profit stood at Rs 194.26 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 164.17 crore in the same quarter last year.

Stock Market Today

Key domestic stock indices ended lower on the back of heavy selling in IT stocks after Accenture trimmed its full-year revenue growth guidance.

BSE Sensex settled 607.08 points, or 0.78 per cent lower at 76,802.90. NSE Nifty ended the session 154.90 points, or 0.64 per cent lower at 24,013.10.
