In 1976, Shiv Nadar, along with a few friends, started HCL in a small garage, where they manufactured microprocessors and calculators.
Today, HCL is one of India's largest IT companies.
Sunil Mittal
Sunil Mittal's net worth is $13.5 billion, or Rs 1.27 lakh crore. Mittal's Bharti Airtel competes with Jio and Vodafone Idea. His family also backed OneWeb, a satellite company that merged with France's Eutelsat.
Ravi Jaipuria
Ravi Jaipuria, whose net worth is $12.5 billion (Rs 1.18 lakh crore), is known as India's 'Cola King.' Ravi Jaipuria built his wealth through Pepsi bottling and fast-food chains like KFC and Pizza Hut.
