PM Kisan Yojana 23rd Installment: Is the wait for the 23rd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana about to end? Such questions are currently swirling in the minds of millions of farmers across India.
22 installments of the PM Kisan Yojana have been released so far. Each installment sends an amount of Rs 2,000 to farmers' accounts. However, due to technical reasons, installments for millions of farmers have been delayed. If your 22nd installment is also delayed, there's no need to worry; the previous installment's money may arrive in the 23rd installment. PM Kisan Yojana 23rd Installment
The Ministry of Agriculture, under the central government, oversees this scheme. It compiles farmer data and makes all preparations for sending installments. Currently, India's Agriculture Minister is Shivraj Singh Chouhan. He periodically visits different states to interact with farmers and participates in various agricultural programs.
Through these programs, he discusses schemes related to farmers. He often mentions the PA Kisan Yojana. However, there has been no official statement from him regarding the 23rd installment, nor has the Ministry of Agriculture provided any information regarding the expected release date for the 23rd installment.
But since the launch of the PM Kisan Yojana, the time for sending the first installment of the financial year has been June-July. This means that every year the first installment of the financial year has been released in February or March, and the second installment of the calendar year in June or July. If there is a slight delay, this date has also been extended to the first or second week of August. But the trend has been for most of the payments to be made in June and July. Last year, the 20th installment was released on August 2. Before that, in 2024, the 17th installment was released on June 18.
Based on the trend, it is likely that the 23rd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana may arrive after June 18. However, farmers should wait until official information is released.
How To check Latest Status Of PM Kisan Yojana
To check the latest status of PM Kisan Yojana, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Visit the official portal of PM-KISAN https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
Step 2: Click on the “Know Your Status” option on the homepage.
Step 3: Now, enter your registration number in the given field.
If you don't remember your registration number
Click on “Know Your Registration Number”
Search By Mobile Number Or Aadhaar Card
Verify using OTP, and you will be able to see your registration number.
Step 4: Complete your verification using the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 5: After verification, you will be able to see your PM-KISAN details on the screen, which includes:
Farmer Name
Registration Status
eKYC Status
Installment Payment History
Bank Account Details
Pending or Rejected Status (if any)
