Park Medi World shares rose 8 per cent in intraday trade on Friday on the back of buying sentiment amid firm sentiment in the Indian stock market. The healthcare stock started the session in the green at Rs 281.30 as compared to last day's closing of Rs 279.30. Amid buying momentum, the scrip rose further to hit the day's high at Rs 301.85, up 8 per cent from the day's low. The stock is trading near it's 52 week high

Last seen, the Park Medi World shares were trading at Rs 293.65, up 4.32 per cent or Rs 12.15 on NSE. Meanwhile, it's 52 week high and low values stood at Rs 305 and Rs 138.10, respectively.

Share Price History

The stock made its debut in December last year, and since then it has been on an upward riding path. This year till date (YTD), the shares of North India-based hospital chain surged over 95 per cent. In the last six months, the stock escalated over 90 per cent, and in the last five days it jumped nearly 5 per cent. Meanwhile, in a month, the stock fell over 1 per cent.

Stock market benchmarks Sensex and Nifty saw gains, driven by a surge in Bajaj Finance, increased foreign investment, and lower crude oil prices. This upward trend was tempered by profit-booking in IT stocks. BSE Sensex was up 49.91 points to 77,970.95. NSE Nifty Increased by 28 points to 24,343.65.
