Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of six mainboard companies opened for public subscription on Wednesday, aiming to raise a collective amount of Rs 4,509.68 crore from the market. These companies include Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, and Manipal Payments, among others.  

Meanwhile, the domestic equity market continued its losing momentum for the third day this week. Last seen, the BSE Sensex traded at 74,977.84, down 0.79 per cent or 599.73 points, while the Nifty50 was quoted at 23,482.15, down 152.95 points or 0.65 per cent.

1. Rentomojo  

The company aims to raise Rs 1,255.57 crore. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,105.57 crore. The price band has been fixed at Rs 384 to Rs 404 per share.

LCC Projects follows closely in interest with a 0.35x subscription rate and 27% GMP, while Karamtara Engineering shows strong sentiment at 0.22x subscription and a 25.59% GMP.
