Shares of small-cap IT firm 'Kellton Tech Solution' soared over 6 per cent during the intraday trade on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, defying a massive sell-off in the domestic equity market after the technology company announced securing a mandate to build a loan integration platform from a leading finance company.
The IT stock started the session slightly higher at Rs 13.92 on the BSE--up 1.16 per cent as compared to the previous close of Rs 13.76. The scrip maintained the gaining momentum, touching the intraday high of Rs 14.69, reflecting a gain of 6.75 per cent from the previous close.
However, the Kellton Tech shares erased major gains amid selling pressure in the stock market. Last seen, the stock was trading at Rs 13.81, up 0.29 per cent or Rs 0.040. Meanwhile, its 52-week high and low values stood at Rs 27.60 and Rs 13, respectively. At the same time, the market cap of the company stood at over Rs 730 crore.
Secures Mandate For Loan Integration Platform
The company secured a major deal with a leading automotive finance firm to develop an enterprise-grade loan integration platform, according to an exchange filing. Although financial details were not disclosed, Kellton Tech noted that this contract strengthens its standing in the lending technology and financial services sectors.

The new platform will connect loan initiation, credit verification, customer management, and servicing systems with third-party data providers through a unified, secure architecture.
This integration aims to streamline applicant identity verification, credit assessments, eligibility checks, and customer record updates while minimising system complexities.
Additionally, the governed data environment will pave the way for automated workflows, advanced analytics, and AI-powered decision-making throughout the lending process.
Share Price History
The stock has been gaining momentum for the past two sessions. According to BSE Analytics, the IT stock rose merely 7.84 per cent in 10 years and delivered a 27.54 per cent return in five years. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock has corrected 23.54 per cent, compared with a fall of 12.39 per cent in the benchmark index.

Share Market Today
The key domestic equity indices started the session in the green; however, the momentum reversed amid a cautious approach from investors ahead ofthe US Fed Meeting outcome and elevated crude prices.
Last seen, BSE Sensex was trading at 74,253.30, down 0.71 per cent or 528.46 points. Nifty50 was quoted at 23,210.95, down 0.80 per cent or 187.15 points.
