Luxury Real Estate: A new luxury real estate project has been launched for people looking for a hospitality-integrated countryside living near India's tech city, Bengaluru. The project is a 65-acre hospitality-led gated farmland community near Bannerghatta National Forest that has been built by Triguna Projects, in association with Megha Landmark Estates.

According to an official statement, the Country Homes Harohalli has been designed on a countryside-themed design that showcases designs around the philosophy of “Life Amidst Wilderness.”

Projects Details

Country Homes-Harohalli offers approximately 135 premium farm plots ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 sq. ft., with prices starting from Rs 70 lakhs. A planned 3-acre luxury boutique resort within the gated community will combine private green spaces with curated lifestyle and hospitality experiences.

It has Miyawaki forest, a 2-acre lake, artificial waterfalls, fruit orchards, pottery zones and a vegetable village, creating a lifestyle deeply connected to nature.

“We wanted people to truly experience the feeling behind Country Homes Harohalli instead of just visiting a project site. From traditional food and childhood games to nature trails and cultural performances, every element of the launch was curated to reflect the slower, more meaningful countryside lifestyle we are trying to create here,” said T. Thimmegowda & Brothers, Directors & Founders of Megha Landmark Estates.

Meanwhile, Raghunath Reddy Bhattagiri, Co-founder & MD, Triguna Projects, said, “At Triguna Country Homes, our philosophy has always been centred around hospitality-integrated countryside living.

"We believe premium farmland communities today must offer more than just land ownership," he added.

Sachin Kumar Bankapur, Director, Triguna Farms Pvt. Ltd. added, “Harohalli is one of the few locations near Bengaluru that still retains its raw natural character and forest surroundings. As connectivity and demand for low-density living continue to grow, we believe this region will emerge as a highly sought-after destination for lifestyle and land investments."
