Shares of Indiabulls Ltd remained in focus in intraday trade on Friday after the real estate and financial services company reported strong financial results for the April-June quarter of FY27. The stock witnessed high volatility during the session, starting in the red at Rs 28.43 as compared to the last day's closing of Rs 29.48 amid a decline in the stock market. However, it recovered from early losses to hit an intraday high at Rs 30.95, up over 5 per cent from last day's closing and over 10 per cent from the day's low of Rs 28.01.

Last seen, the real estate sector stock was trading at Rs 30.80, up 4.48 per cent from last closing.

Company Posts Rs 142.99 Crore Profit

According to exchange filings, the company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 142.99 crore, marking a significant recovery from a consolidated net loss of Rs 1.81 crore in the same period a year ago.

The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 359.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 91.62 crore in the corresponding quarter ended June 30, 2025. Meanwhile, the company's total income stood at Rs 384.42 crore, compared to Rs 103.22 crore in the first quarter of the financial year.

Share Price History

This year till date (YTD), the stock soared over 80 per cent on NSE, while in the last 30 days the shares were up 15 per cent on NSE. In a year, the real estate stock jumped over 40 per cent.

Meanwhile, the 52-week high and low values of the stock stood at Rs 32.50 and 8.90, respectively. In the last trading session, the Indiabull stock ended in the red amid a decline in the stock market.
