Nissan MPV 7 Seater: Nissan India will finally unveil its Renault Triber-based sub-4m MPV today (December 18, 2025). The sub-4m MPV will be positioned as a 7-seater model, rivalling the Triber in the segment. Although the model will be based on the CMF-A platform, it will feature Nissan-specific styling elements. This is expected to be an unveiling, with launch likely in early 2026. With Nissan unveiling its MPV anytime soon, here's what to expect:

Nissan MPV 7-Seater: Price

Starting off with the price, the upcoming 7-seater MPV could be priced between Rs 5.80 lakh and Rs 9 lakh, similar to how Renault has priced the Triber (Rs 5.76 lakh-Rs 8.60 lakh). The prices are ex-showroom. It will rival the Renault Triber in the segment. 

Nissan MPV 7-Seater: Features

Moving to its features, the Nissan MPV is expected to offer a different colour scheme for the cabin, along with a new dashboard design. Having said that, the dashboard layout is expected to be carried over. The expected equipment list includes an 8.0-inch touchscreen, wireless connectivity, a 7.0-inch semi-digital instrument console, push-button start/stop, manual rear AC vents, and wireless charging. Safety-wise, Nissan could bring in 6 airbags, TPMS, ABS, ESP, hill-start assist, a rearview camera, traction control, and front and rear parking sensors.

Nissan MPV 7-Seater: Engine

The 71bhp/96Nm 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which also powers the Magnite, is likely to be offered with the upcoming MPV. 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox options should continue. A CNG variant is also on the cards.

Nissan MPV 7-Seater: Design

On the outside, expect Nissan to offer a V-shaped grille, a revised front bumper, new alloy wheels, and different lighting elements for the headlamps. The rear bumper is expected to be tweaked, too. The official name of the MPV will be revealed at the time of unveiling, but a trademark filed by Nissan in 2023 indicated that the new MPV could be called the Gravite.
